Luncheon - BEA/COIN Opportunities

November 16th (Wednesday 12:00 Noon) - Asian Pacific Revolving Loan Fund of Los Angeles will be having a luncheon at Empress Pavilion restaurant to introduce our organization and to provide information regarding the US Treasury's BEA and State of California's COIN programs.
